Anyone seen this or is it new? Don't see the cash rewards card on their site anymore. I wonder if I can convert my current crapone to this. Maybe I would actually use it!

It must be new. You could ask. Worst they can say is no.

Honestly doesn't seem like a bad card.

And in my experience, if you don't like the answer and choose to close your account, they'll be DELIGHTED to assist you with that....

They are one of two lenders (HSBC is the other though now they are the same thing) who seem happier when you close an account than when you open one.

Thanks for the reminder that in the end, they are still Cap One.

Though actually you COULD bug their EO to do it.

Looks like a sweet backup, no-frills card.

It is interesting to see their lower-tier version of the QuickSilver, Mastercard version too.

Funny thing though, is it costs $39 annually to keep it. Just hope you have good enough credit to qualify for the Visa Signature version.

Anyone considering going for the card? It's nothing too fancy (small sign-up bonus offer of $100 after spending $500, 1.5% cashback) but would still be a better Visa backup alternative against a 1% card.
Currently: American Express Blue Sky, American Express Zync, Chase Freedom Visa, Capital One Newcomers--->converted to Capital One Quicksilver Mastercard NO AF
