Bank of America - Punitive Limit Decrease
Here's a new one - BoA punitively cuts a cardholder's Visa credit limit minutes after he calls customer service requesting an interest rate decrease (after they jacked it up to 28% without notice).
I've heard of limit cuts but this is shocking.  |
