To be honest all of the best balance transfer offers have been terminated. Today you will be lucky to find a BT of 9 months. What I am seeing is 1.99% for 6 to 8 months and 0% offers for no more than 6 months lately. It's too bad because now many are stuck with balances at sky high interest rates with limited options for transferring them to a lower rate.
