Thread: CSP Replacement Card

I just wanted to brag about Chase' customer service. I submitted a request for a replacement CSP online on Monday, and they sent it to me UPS next day air. I received it yesterday. Excellent job on their part! My other one was all scratched up and was looking pretty rough. They sent me a return envelope to send them the old card back, I suppose since you can't really cut it up with scissors. Anyway, I have never had a replacement card sent to me that quickly, so hats off to the folks at Chase! They really made me happy.

AmEx does that too. They screwed up some info on the additional cards when they upgraded our Platinum Delta to the Reserve card, so they overnighted us all new cards, so that we could have same expiration date and security code.

Weird thing was that the three cards for those of us living at home (brother is at college) all came in three separate UPS envelopes, and inside the UPS envelopes were a sealed standard-sized envelope.

Seems a little redundant.
