    Default Black Card commercial

They now have commercials on TV for the black card. I don't think Amex would do that with the Centurion even if hell froze over.

    Default the white credit card

What about the White Card Stratus Reward Visa. Would that card be more prestigous than this new black card? White is the credit card level above black so I would say so.

Hey this seems kind of silly. How would making the card black make it better than any other credit card? They don't tell you any benefits or features that make it worth it really.

Meanwhile the individuals who actually qualify to fit in the premium credit card niche market, I would predict can see right through the hype-marketing on this card and realize it offers no benefits better than the other premium cards they are familiar with or already have.

At the end of the day they will be left with a credit card which very few people will get, certainly not enough cardmembers for this business to be profitable. This card may be off the market in as little as 12 to 18 months.
i got the Black Visa, what a joke. said carbon fiber, that's supposed to be strong. card is more flimsy than regular cards. I have the Black Amex, still the real.

Have you tried to cancel the card and get a refund of the annual fee? They may offer a 30 day grace period where you can cancel the card and have your $495 refunded. Alternately, some credit cards with annual fees will reimburse the annual fee pro-rated if you cancel before the year is up that you have paid for.

I would recommend doing this if possible. The card is the equivalent of a Kia luxury car. They may claim it's luxury, but it's still a Kia.

Does that carbon fiber on the Visa Black feel any different even? I heard that it feels the same as plastic so at the end of the day it being made out of carbon fiber means diddly squat if it looks and feels like your run of the mill ordinary plastic card.

You know though I'm actually surprised we aren't seeing creditors use more types of different substances to make credit cards. Why keep them all boring and be the same old plastic? I'm going to say that over the next couple decades we will see credit card companies coming out with cards made of new materials to try and make them stand out from the crowd like they did with the titanium Centurion.
