Hi, I was wondering if I could receive some reviews or input on Chase's Freedom. If you have one, what do you think? Thanks!

I've had the card for several years and like it and Chase fine. However, I only use it for purchases on which I'll earn 5% as I can get 2% on everything else using other card(s). If you have a checking account with Chase they will give you a modest bump in your monthly points reward. I forget what it is exactly but 10 points per transaction and 10% of monthly points reward sounds right. So if you had 10 transactions you'd get 100 extra points ($1.00) and for $1,000 in transactions on which you earned 1,000 points you'd get an extra 100 points. I think. Call them and ask. The website is nice and it integrates all of your Chase credit/banking accounts. Checking can be free with direct deposit. Lots of ATMs, too.
But that's more than you wanted to know.
CARDS (and why)
FIA Card Services: Fidelity Amex (best cash back excepting 5% cards), Fidelity Visa (spare)
Chase: Freedom (only for 5% reward categories, purchases under $10), Sapphire (not in use), Amazon Rewards (for Amazon purchases only)
CapitalOne: No Hassle Rewards (no foreign transaction fee, my only MasterCard, not in use)
Amex: Blue Cash Everyday (not in use)
Discover: More (only for 5% reward categories)
@Jeffysdad, Interesting to note. I have the Freedom, and bank with them as well and have not noticed such a deal, if at all.
I believe my first statement reflected only what I had spent, and haven't received any bonus points like you have mentioned- though they did follow through on the spending $500 get $200 deal.
Otherwise, the Chase Freedom is a tops card. I have a relatively low limit of $1,000, but I'm not a huge spender. I do like the 5% categories, and in defense of Chase against Discover- Visa is accepted everywhere. Though I do use my Amex Zync as a primary card, this is my go-to for now, as it currently gives 5% on food/restaurant establishments throughout December.
I've only used it for a couple months now, but have experienced no issues- works as it should, great rewards.
It took forever for me personally to get approved for it, though I always applied with very little income whenever I did apply.
Currently: American Express Green, American Express Zync, Chase Freedom Visa, Capital One Newcomers
IVD, call Chase and tell them you want your bonus points. It may be just that your account is new and they haven't synched things up yet.

I like it, 1&3Q '12 is 5% gas and 2Q12 5% groceries.
Not bad.
No complaints here.
They offered a $300 bonus after first purchase, which they followed through on.
I love it.
I have three consumer cards with them, two Freedom and an Exclusives card. The reason I mention this is because they are all the same now, not so when I got them. One checking account gets me 10 points per transaction and a 10% bonus on rewards on all three. Very nice program for big and small spenders. Spending a dollar (gum, drink, french fries, newspaper, you get the idea) will net you a 10% reward, not a bonus but actual reward ($2 would be 5% and $1.50 would be 7.5%). I use these cards for all my small transactions in addition to the 5% categories. If you only use this card (and 10/10 program) for the 5% categories you're missing out.
+1 Great card for those with good to excellent credit!
