Thread: PayPal Mastercard customer service is awful, can you help?

Hello everyone. I'm really trying to get all of my current credit card debt to one card for quicker pay off, and (unfortunately, it seems) my PayPal Mastercard is the one that I can fit everything onto at this point.

It seems that their customer service is awful. I called 3 times and spoke to 3 people who did not understand what a balance transfer was. I actually explained it to one of them.

Anyway, when I do a search for balance transfers with the card, I get results to go to the "service center" on the PayPal website and when I go where I am directed, the "service center" does not exist.

Is there anyone out there who can direct me where to go on the website or a better contact to get this taken care of? I'm becoming horribly frustrated and I just want to get this over with! Thanks!

Your request is a common practice is in the banking industry and should not be an issue. Call 1-866-300-6432 and ask for someone that speak English or ask to speak to a supervisor.
