Default When will the bonus points show up on my card account?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has the Citi Forward card and could shed some light on the card.

I applied through the card through this website: Citi Forward(sm) rewards and low interest for good behavior

It clearly says that 6000 bonus points for spending $250 within 3 months and also bonus 2500 points would be awarded for signing up for paperless billing... I've done both of these, however, there are no bonus points showing up on my account. I've had the card for about 2 months now. Are the points supposed to be credited as soon as I purchase $250 and sign up for paperless billing, OR will they be credited after 3 months has passed, even if I've already completed the 2 things that merit the points?

I emailed citi using their website, and I was told that my account was not solicited this offer. This confused me because when you look at the webpage that I signed up from, it really sounds like these are just the default terms of the card.

Anyone else have this card? When are the bonus points supposed to be awarded?

    Thank you!

It looks like from the citicards website that currently you need to spend $650 in 3 months and register for paperless statements to get 10,000 points. Here's the link to all Citi cards. https://online.citibank.com/US/JRS/m...t-cards&ref=c1

When I got my forward card September 2010 it took 3 months for my points to show up
