    Default How does World MasterCard’s no preset limit report to credit bureaus?

    How does a World MasterCard reported to credit agencies? Will it show up as revolving or open as it appear with AMX charge card?

    It depends on the issuer. I can tell you that Citibank DOES report the credit limit on World MasterCards and they report it as Revolving. Chase and Bank of America DO NOT report the limit on World MasterCards (Chase reports as Open and BofA reports as Revolving even though no limit is reported).

    I can't speak for other issuers but I believe Barclay's and Capital One also report their World MasterCards as R1 with a credit line. I am not 100% sure about these two banks though.
