Default Visa Black Card vs AmEx Platinum, Centurion, etc?

Is this just a cheap (yet still expensive) centurion knock off? I saw this in person at my work for the first time yesterday and was just curious of how this stacked up to the other prestigious cards...

I have a Visa Black and a Platinum. I don't think it was ever made to compare against a Centurion which are radically different. The benefits are more inline with that of Platinum. If you are familiar with AmEx Platinum, then there really isn't much to say.

I really like the airline companion tickets, and luggage reimbursement with AmEx; however, if you've ever bought a ticket through AmEx concierge, the price for a single ticket is the price for 2 tickets on Expedia.

I like the Visa Black because it has similar offerings and when you're traveling as much as I do, Visa is accepted in far more places. I may consider canceling the Platinum one day, but I'd prefer to maintain the available credit for the time being.
