Thread: The different tiers and levels for Chase

have any of you ever had a chase card? do you people miss the old levels of grey for new customers, gold that was more executive looking and Platinum for whoever was qualified?
did you apply through chase or did you come over from another bank?
which do you like better the old levels or the new ones like slate, Freedom or sapphire?

the original levels were fine by me.

I used to have a Chase NYNEX card, which gave a 1% rebate off my phone bill. Now I have a Chase Freedom card and it gives a 1-5% rebate. Not much has changed.

I do miss the Discover Open Road card, which offered 5% off gas. Now it's 2%.
