Wink 19yo approved for Forward with 4k limit

So on a whim I decided I would go for the Citi Forward card through CCF because the rewards looked fantastic (especially for a student... bookstore rewards alone are worth it). I was quite pleasantly surprised when I was approved with a $4000 line of credit! Only having $1250 of total credit before this, a FICO of 721, and a history of 15 months I was quite shocked by the generosity there. Hopefully I should be receiving it in a few days at which point I'll have to compare it to my Discover More and will be able to share the results.

That's great you were approved and got a limit more than 3x higher than your current card. Remember though with either card, try and stay below 25% of the credit limit (even if you pay in full) to avoid any backlash from high credit utilization.
