Secured Credit Cards That Report To All Three Credit Bureaus
Are there any reputable, legit secured credit cards that report to all three credit bureaus and will not rip me off with fees? I cannot afford to pay a ton all I want to do is start rebuilding my credit with a good Mastercard (1st choice) or Visa (2nd choice)

Thank you I see some there that sound to be legit.
One question though. Mastercard is my 1st choice but would it be better for me to have a Visa or a Mastercard to start out with. Would there be any benefit of going with one over the other?

to be honest with you they are the same card. when I first started out (After I got denied by American express in the late 80's) I applied for a first fidelity visa, got that card. about 6 to 9 years later I got quite a few applications from various banks out in the boon docks
I'm sure some were mastercards and some were Visa. the bank that sent me my card was First card (Chase family). If you travel on business and want a salespersons card, a visa signature to get help making dinner reservations and sporting events then you might want to get a Visa. But do you notice how many store mastercards there are? Barnes and nobles has 1, Bed bath and beyond, Exxon mobil, Brooks brothers has 1. Had I been sent a Mastercard instead of a first card Visa It wouldn't have bothered me. either 1 is great.
