Default Bank of America Financial Rewards card now extinct

You know how credit card companies send those balance transfer checks in the mail? Well I got mine from Bank of America and it says "Your Visa Platinum Plus..." apparently they phased out the card I had which was called Financial Rewards. I knew they stopped issuing new ones and I guess now they changed the name over to one of their other cards too. Not that I care either way but just making an observation.
Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed. Regardless, anything I say is my honest opinion.

    Current Cards:
American Express: Blue Cash, Simply Cash Bank of America: WorldPoints Platinum Plus Chase: Amazon, British Airways, Cash Plus Rewards, Freedom, Ink Cash Citi: Thank You Premier, Dividend Platinum Select Discover: More
Primary Everyday Card: American Express Blue Cash
Primary Travel Card: Citi Thank You Premier

Did they change the rewards our just switch them over. What were both of those cars only 1% in rewards I'm guessing. Bank of America doesn't seem to be too generous with those things.

Had the B of A financial rewards card and didn't like the part that u could only redeem your rewards in $2,500 increments and that's only $25. their new card is better bec i don't think it has that same redemption system.
