I will finally get my chance to apply for the CSP!

Thanks buddy. Hopefully I will get approved.
Actually, I don't really know how they will check my credit history.
They said, as you can see, that I MUST apply in a branch. Not over the phone or online.
Which makes me wonder why? It might be that they can only access my Credi reports from there? Doesn't make much sense, I still don't see why they cannot access them if I apply over the phone or online. It's a mystery.

if you don't have a US SSN to reference with a us address I would think they would like to have an employee verify you in person

I would apply first day I'm in New York, unless you're here for an extended period of time; like a month, so that if you're not instantly approved, that you would be able to take your card with you when you go

Yeah, it might well be. That's certainly what I'm going to do. I'm not gonna be there for long. Usually 4/5 days.

Congratulations, it's a great card. However, you didn't distort the image of your twitter username on your second post.

Oh jeez, thanks man! I'll try to correct it when I get home tonight. No big deal though. There's only my photo on there. I never use Twitter... This was the first time actually. :D
