Unfortunately it's hit and miss, I have called CS four times since I got the card in January and twice I was not pleased, once I was neutral and once satisfied. I don't think the reps have much leeway to handle issues. They must have strict corporate policies or something.
All I can say is at best they are a distant 4th behind Chase, Discover and Amex Plat.
