Since there's still offers for $95 up on referral links, would now be the time to get the card?

To be totally honest I think at 145 or 154 or whatever I was seeing earlier it's getting up to the point of being overpriced for what you get as far as my spending and needs go. 95 I'll give them so I'm glad we are grandfathered in but that might be more than the card would be worth to me personally. If they were to remove us from the grandfathering next year and jack the price way up I might move the limit to my Freedom and call it a day, because for my personal needs it just isn't there. Seems like a hell of a hike to me.

I agree and I no longer travel or dine out enough to justify it. I have several other cards with equal or better purchase protections, travel benefits, etc. The draw of the CSP has always been UR points and now with a higher AF they are no longer worth quite as much.

I love my CSP and UR points. I'm glad to be grandfathered in at $95, but even if I wasn't, this card is worth it for me. A couple of weeks ago, I transferred some UR points to an airline miles program and paid for a $600 flight entirely with points. It's getting most of my spend these days. It and SPG.

I'm finally in a place where I can click those links. Both show a $95 fee. Chase obviously likes me better than they like the rest of you.

There is something strange going on with the links...
The $149 is at $95 for me, but the $125 is accurate.

I've been pondering the idea of getting the CSP and if this is my last chance to get grandfathered in at $95, I may have to jump on board, but I would want to know how long that grandfather stands...No point in getting it for 2-3 years and then closing due to a fee hike in my opinion.

Same.

I don't know where you guys are getting these links from, but I just confirmed with CSP rep that the $95 is accurate and there are no plans on increasing the fee in the near future. She also said that all current cardholders are grandfathered into their respective AFs including those who pay the original $89 fee. She said she was not aware of a $149 fee card, but the $125 fee card is only a small sub-group of people (would not elaborate why), but rest assured that there are no exclusive perks that come with the extra AF card.

I wonder what would happen if you cancel the card before the anniversary date (but only after redeeming the sign-up bonus)? Will Chase blacklist you?

I've gotten all three, from the same computer

on mobile too

so there's 95 for some folks, 125 for others, 149 etc

I am tempted to apply for 95 just to keep 95

but yeah,

don't really need this card
