Citi Rewards

Ok I got enough spend on the card to get the sign up bonus. Went to redeem and you apparently have two options: one they mail you a check two merchandise with their rewards partners.

I mean come on Citi, who on earth wants to hassle with a paper check these days? Not to mention it costs YOU money to print and mail it. And last but not least it could get lost in the mail (one of the reasons I don't pay anything via US mail anymore). I really can't believe those are the only options here.

I really wish Citibank would try to make this a better card. A long time ago it was actually awesome but it is quite terrible now; at least for me as the 5% rotating categories really do nothing for me.

I would like them to reimagine Dividend by copying Cash + or Huntington Voice.
