Their website layout sucks major balls. Sometimes, I just want to login to check my account balance and Citi keeps pushing their products/perks in my face like Price Rewind, etc and I'm unable to check my account information because there is no "No Thanks" option, so I end up re-logging in.
But if the website specifically told you to call their customer service, then they probably need to verify something with your account just to make sure it is you logging in.
