Citi's website problem?

Postby daniel2304 » Sun Feb 16, 2014 12:31 am

Have anyone experienced the problem with Citi Credit Cards' website? I was unable to log in and they had a notification for me to call their toll phone number (which I really hate because it takes forever and I could not understand what they are saying).

Their website layout sucks major balls. Sometimes, I just want to login to check my account balance and Citi keeps pushing their products/perks in my face like Price Rewind, etc and I'm unable to check my account information because there is no "No Thanks" option, so I end up re-logging in.

But if the website specifically told you to call their customer service, then they probably need to verify something with your account just to make sure it is you logging in.

I would call just to be sure, the next step for them could be to freeze your acct to encourage you to call. Which will come in the form of a declined transaction.
