I agree that Cap 1's CL for these cards is ridiculously low considering a) credit scores, b) competitors offerings and c) the general spending of anyone taking advantage of World Elite benefits like flying business or first etc. Lets be honest what can you do these days with small CL's, this really does need to be rethought by Cap 1. Having said that I still go back to the main reason this card appeals, a World Elite Mastercard with no annual fee !
Hopefully Cap 1 listens and sets some decent CL's going forward

If you have a Citibank MasterCard you may be able to get them to upgrade it to a World Elite. I recently had my Dividend World MasterCard changed to a Dividend World Elite. It may seem shallow, but the only reason I did it was to get the holograph/silver MasterCard logo. The cards that I have heard of or seen as a no fee World Elite are the Dividend, Thank You Preferred and Cash Returns (no longer available to apply for).
Capital One also has another World Elite in the Saks Fifth Avenue MasterCard. I believe you have to first get the store card and then upgrade...but yeah, it's still Capital One.
