CO - 3 weeks and still no card!

CO - 3 weeks and still no card!

This is more of a vent/rant.

Successfully product changed my Capital One MC to Quicksilver, but to this day, have not received the card.... =_=... happy to have been successful, but absolutely not surprised by the delay. CO says the card is still en route... LOL....

First World Problems...
Capital One Quicksilver: Since 10/2008 (CapOne Platinum originally)... upgraded on 08/2013
Chase Amazon Visa: Since 07/2011
Amex Gold Premier Rewards: Since 11/2011
Blue Cash Preferred: Since 05/2016

Experian Score: 825 05/16
TransUnion Score: 797 05/16

Ah bummer man. I was told I'd receive an e-mail as well when they shipped mine; still hasn't happened three days later.

We'll see- I'd give them a call if you already haven't!

It's pretty common for product changes to be delayed until the start of the next statement, or some other convenient for the issuer date. Calling and asking would be a good idea...

I converted to QuickSilver last week, and still dont have the card. But I received a welcome letter in mail yesterday, saying that the quickSilver card should be coming very soon.

Like Flan said, I think they're performing a mass product change so it's taking some time to roll out the new cards. I too got a letter yesterday saying the card has been mailed and will be here "anytime now."

I don't plan to be using it as a primary, but will be a good backup at 1.5%.

At least its better than citi. I have Platinum Select which I PC to Citi Thankyou Preferred.
Yesterday I got a mail saying the card will be mailed after November 4 (almost One and Half month from now, thats just ridiculous). And it will take 7/14 days after that for the card to get to me.
