Quicksilver card is in.

We've all seen the Cap 1 Quicksilver card, but I just got mine in the mail today.

Kinda interesting still- same acct number, Mastercard instead of Visa, and no AF. Unfortunately, my credit limit is still at a paltry $1,250.

I'm thinking it'll still be sock-drawered like my old Cap1 card. For now it'll still be the Amex and Chase Freedom combo.
Currently: American Express Blue Sky, American Express Zync, Chase Freedom Visa, Capital One Newcomers--->converted to Capital One Quicksilver Mastercard NO AF

I got mine yesterday. On picture it looks good, but I didn't like the feel of it. (Mastercard, but no AF, same old account number)

Jumbo,

I spoke with a rep who said I could upgrade my 2005 Platinum MC to Quicksilver One. I would keep my old $19 annual fee, however, instead of paying $39. Ask about that.

Like AMEX, Cap One is backdating the Quicksilver, so you retain your old number and original card's age. Nice touch.

I turned it down for now, but may reconsider later this week.
Merrick Bank (Hooters) 4100
Cap One Quicksilver 4800
Discover it 2500
Citi Forward 8000
Chase Freedom 1000
AMEX Blue Cash Everyday 5500
Citi Dividend 7000
Cap One Visa Platinum 750 (CLOSED)
