Pooling my UR pts?

Postby Wildcat_1 » Mon Aug 26, 2013 10:20 pm

All

My wife has a Freedom and I have a Sapphire, how do we go about linking these to pool into the same ultimate rewards account under me ? Do we setup a permanent link and if so how or do you just earn your rewards separately on the Freedom and then initiate individual transfers of points as you earn ?

Thanks

WC

call a rep, normally you wouldn't be able to combine points between diff social except if its same household and within spouses.

Hi All

I called Chase and they stated that even with a spouse we have to wait for her to accumulate points then go into her account and manually transfer. Does that sound right to everyone here or should there be a permanent link that can be made to stop this from being so manual ? Just want to understand if I got a misinformed rep or if this made sense.

Thanks
WC

That's what I have to do on my own accounts.

That's correct wildcat,

There isn't a way for her to charge and then have the points directly hit your ur, you would have to call in to transfer the points--

If you were to do it between your own accounts you'd still have to call in as flan noted

Yup. As stated above, I have to transfer even among my own accounts.
