I have never had a marriotts account, i applied for the card on the 14 of this month and i received the card on the 24. since the card has that i have an account i was trying to activate it but it tells me the information i enter is incorrect.
"Please correct the following and try again.
- Please ensure the information you provided matches your Rewards account information. Otherwise, please call Rewards Guest Services at 801-468-4000."
so when i applied for the card i guess chase made me an account. hmm wonder if i have to wait for marriott to get my info.
i sent marriott and email since calling them isnt really helping since i get to speak with a machine
