A good chunk of Bank of America's heavily pushed cards are now chip and signature enabled. Usually it's "upon request", but those like me just got one out of the blue.
I'm still surprised that the "chip" portion is so tiny, compared to the much larger (and older) chip on my Canadian debit and credit cards, but for which are chip and PIN.
I also learned that EMV chips on American Express cards make the card hook horrible, but that's another story.
