I have some breathing room on my Transunion file, but I just had to inquiries earlier this year. I probably need to wait before I app with them. I need another 2% card, though.

I've been reading on blogs (ThePointsGuy, Frugal Travel Guy, Mile Value, etc.) that Barclaycard actually will pull from all three bureaus.

They only pulled TU for me last December when I got my NFL Visa. YMMV

It's definitely not worth pulls on 3 bureaus.

Keep in mind that when you transfer UR points to miles/hotel programs and make travel reservations that way, you can exceed a value 2.2 cents/point but you do not earn anything as it is an award redemption. If you use the Arrival card to make reservations, you get a static return of 2.2 cents per dollar spent in the form of statement credit. This means that you are a revenue customer according to the airline/hotel and you earn the miles/points associated with your travel in addition to your credit card cash back, which of course can lead to elevated status, more free stuff, etc.
$2500 First Hawaiian Bank (6/10)
$4500 CHASE Freedom (2/13)
$3500 Citi Forward (2/13)
$2000 Discover it (2/13)
$9600 AMEX BCE (3/13)
$10000 CHASE Sapphire Preferred (7/13)
$5000 CHASE Ink Plus (8/13)

Solid analysis here. It's still not worth a pull since it won't be my primary card...althought maybe it should be. I'm laying low for another month or so and then I will app.

It seems to me that the Arrival is a better earning card due to the 2x on everything, whereas the CSP is the better redeeming card due to the ability to transfer points. Anyone disagree?

Wish you could transfer Arrival points to CSP :P

Chase Freedom Visa: 11/2009, $4,700 CL

Pulled the trigger on the Arrival World 3 weeks ago, it only pulled Transunion.
CSP is going to the socks drawer, Arrival is now my main card except for Groceries/Gas that goes on the BCP.
Really liking it so far, points post right away and the website is much better than 1990s slow a*% Chase website.
