I have a platinum with Cap 1 (only because they were only Creditors that would mess with me) after about a year with them i seen that they had the venture card. I applied via online, got approved with a 3k limit (which surprised me) since the platinum they first gave me was only 300$.

i had the regular capital one starter card which was unsecured and 6 months later they raised my credit line by 500 to 3500.... i was then asked if i wanted to convert the card to a no fee venture card... which i did... interest rate is still too high for me at 22% so im not using it....
