prequalified offer

Postby fearlessdragon » Thu Apr 11, 2013 9:30 pm

Hi All.. I was just browsing through chase website and just hit their Prequalified Offers link for credit card..

https://ccsic.fni-stl.com/redes/index.php/chase_app/psonmarketplace.pl?jp_ltg=leftnav&OVERRIDE_CELL=3WS&OVERRIDE_CHANNEL=6

When i gave my basic information, the page said that my eligible offers are Chase Slate and Chase Freedom.. I have attached the offer page. Is that mean that I am prequalified for freedom without a HP? Please let me know what I should do now..

IME if you apply for slate or freedom it will be a HP. Most likely Ex pull.

Pre qualifications are soft pulls. When you apply for the card it will be a hard pull.

To be pre qualified it just means you "fit" their predetermined credit profiles and doesn't guarantee anything
