Is this secured card too good to be true?

And the secured card I'm talking about is the Harley-Davidson secured Visa card. This is the only secured card I've seen with NO Annual Fee and you can earn points to redeem for their "Harley Chrome Cash." I looked at the terms and their doesn't seem to be any catches so if that's the case, I could easily recommend it to anyone who needs to rebuild their credit.

Discover IT: $2,500 CL
BankAmericard Better Balance Rewards Platinum Plus Visa: $2,000 CL

It is for real and it appears to be a really good deal providing US Bank does business in your state. I thought about getting the Harley-Davidson card and putting a large deposit on it to see if I could raise my other limits, but since I already have a US Bank card I don't think I could get it. Maybe someone would know if I could be approved for this card if I already have a US Bank card???

I'm not a motorcycle person myself, so I don't know if I would benefit from the rewards points much, but I do like the no annual fee part.
