Congrats on the approval. I just applied as well and got this message:

"Thank you for applying. Your application requires further review before making a decision.

Here's what you can expect:

Our goal is to notify you in writing within 10 days; however, in some circumstances it may take up to 30 days.
If you are approved, you will receive your card and other important information in the mail.
Please do not resubmit this application."

Do you think I should call the hot-line for reconsideration even though they are still considering me?

Hell yeah, congrats!

I'm going to apply after I pay off my last credit card. Will be applying for one in May. What was your credit score when you applied? Mine is currently 743/742 on myfico(TransUnion/Equifax, respectively). It will go up after I pay off my other credit card. I'm going to leave about 7% utl on it though, before applying. Just to show I have to credit in use. My highest limit credit card is Nordstrom. It has a 7.9k limit and I had the card for 7 years. Did you apply online?

Yes, call the reconsideration line immediately. Most likely if you got that message you will be denied. They are very nice to talk to and they will give you answer while you are on call with them rather than having to wait.

Who has the number!

Well I called and was denied :( Said my credit history is too short still. I have 3 credit cards currently and pay all of them off every month. I just have to wait my turn I guess. he said there is nothing wrong with my credit score its just not enough history

Today I also applied for CSP online.
I have short credit history - my first credit card Capital One Cash Rewards for Newcomers has only 1 year and 3 months (my other credit cards you can see in signature).

After filling application I got a message that it needs further review. I called 1- and rep put me on hold for a few minutes and said that I'm approved for $9.2k. It's a lot, I was expecting not more than $5-7k.

I already see my new card on online banking!
My Cards:
American Express BCE................................$15k (06/12)
Chase Freedom Visa.....................................$5k (09/12)
Chase Sapphire Preferred.............................$9.2k (03/13)
Citi Forward...................................................$1.8k (09/12)
PayPal Smart Connect..................................$2.2k (05/12)
CapitalOne Cash Rewards for Newcomers..$500 (11/11)

Congrats!
Funny you have a higher CL on your BCE than my BCP but you got a lower CL on your CSP. Maybe they count Freedom and CSP together, that would make some sense.....
How many CLIs have you had on your BCE?
