My Amazon Visa Card was just replaced/upgraded to Amazon Visa Signature card, i am not sure if this is just for selected members or all Amazon Card members but unfortunately i don't see the difference it make or will make.

Just made lunch reservations Columbus Day at Mickey Mantles in Central Park. My concierge mgr tried to get me dinner reservations at the HoHokus inn though I think some restaurants are closed on Monday nights. But he was very wonderful considering the annual fee on my gold card is $0.

You had a concierge using a Visa Gold card?

yes sir David I don't have an ordinary visa like Citi Select or Dividend, nor Bank of America Visa.

I have a Visa meant for traveling. A card that business people carry. The Capital 1 gold card, which is the signature, so with this card I have no annual fee but I have a concierge.

he also helped me get dinner reservations at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn and Mickey Mantles.

That's pretty cool. I can only find the Capital One Venture card, but I don't see anything about there being a gold version, just a signature version. Is that the one you have, or if not can you post a link?

Yep.

The card says SIGNATURE in small print below the Visa logo and has a different number for customer service than my Platinum did. I called the number and the voice said "Visa Signature" but otherwise sounded the same, giving the same type of card info and options. Concierge was not an option and their phone number is not on the back of the card, so I'll have to add it.

I don't know how to post a link. But just go to your local branch and ask them about the gold venture card with visa signature on it. they should be able to help you. I have the gold card it says venture on it.

I like the way Chase does their Visa Signatures: the white border on the Visa flag is removed and the Visa logo itself is metallic. The BofA Visa Signature (and other banks) leave the Visa logo as is with the Signature below it. I miss the "Signature Band" that they used to have. It looked classier.

Congrats on your upgrade!

The "gold" or rather yellowish is called Venture One and has a different reward structure than the Venture (blue) card. Both are available as a Signature. There is no Visa Gold version of the Venture card. Venture One is gold (yellow) in colour and Venture is blue.

Yeah, my BoA cash rewards card came in on Friday, was disappointed to see there was no mention of Visa Signature at all :(
