How does having an authorized affect your credit limit?

Postby SunnyZ » Sat Oct 06, 2012 10:37 pm

I currently have the chase freedom card with 3000$ limit with 2 authorized on the account and a credit score of 746. I am currently 25 years old. doesnt have any negative credit history.

i have the card for around 4 month now, i am wondering if i want to ask for a credit limit increase in the next two to three month how will it affect my out come? will they give me a higher increase because i have more people to spend it? or will they give me a lower increase because there is more risk?

oh yea the two authorized user never use there cards, if that helps.
any comment will be appreciated, thank you for helping.

well I assume you use your card alot I hope you pay your bill in full. you have a 3,000 credit limit. 25 years old a score of 746, you've had
the card for about 4 months being the fact that you live in New York city and everything is a ripoff , it probably would be a good idea to ask for a credit increase. as long as you pay your bill in full, the others aren't abusing you and not paying for what they use , your NOT defaulting on there side of the payments it's a good idea to ask.
