Why is my BofA card's credit limit not reporting?

I've been considering the BoA BankAmericard Travel Rewards, mainly because I'd like to get a Visa Signature card, and this seems the best option with no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees, as well as the chip now. My concern is how BoA Visa Signatures are reported to credit bureaus. I called them several times and received conflicting information about this. Some rep's said it was reported, but some said it was not (so the level of customer service is also a concern with BoA), but based on what I've read in this and other forums, it appears that credit limits are not reported. Does anyone here with BoA Visa Signature know how exactly BoA reports the credit limit to the different credit bureaus, and whether it is reported as an open or revolving line of credit? I've read that sometimes it gets reported differently to each (i.e. sometimes reporting max balance, sometimes reporting $0). Additionally, does anyone know how this odd reporting affects credit score, if at all?
