No and no. Chase only offers EMV Chip+Signature on the Hyatt Visa Signature, British Airways Visa Signature, JP Morgan Select Visa Signature and JP Morgan Palladium Visa Signature. It is not currently offered on any other Chase cards.

BofA only offers EMV (Chip+PIN) on their corporate cards. Citibank is the only major issuer that is currently offering EMV Chip+Signature to cardholders that know how to ask for it. Currently Citibank offers Chip+Signature on higher levels of the American Airlines AAdvantage cards (MasterCards and Visa), Dividend MasterCard, Cash Returns MasterCard and the higher levels of Thank You MasterCard's. I successfully received an EMV chip on my Dividend World MasterCard earlier this month.

Give it time though, things are changing and all of our cards should start getting EMV chips within the next two years.

Bank of America EMV cards

Postby mario1232000 » Sat Jun 30, 2012 12:14 pm

Hi, I had just emailed BofA customer service requesting an EMV chip on my Bankamericard and was informed that they will start issuing cards with EMV chips on July 17, upon request and at the time of application. So I would call BofA after the 17th, the rep seemed very aware of what I wanted. It's a chip and signature card btw.

Hope this helps!

Good news, thanks. Does the same date apply for all FIA cards?

Maybe I'll bother making the switch when they move to Chip & PIN.

Visa Canada seems to be on top of this.

Not sure I understand the point of chip and signature.........chip and pin and we have a winner. That is of course with US merchant acceptance, ha!
