Has anyone thought about the CapitalOne Spark?

Postby American » Wed May 09, 2012 11:57 pm

I was looking into the Spark Cash, and it's a 2% on everything business card. It looks better than the Fidelity for the simple fact that there isn't any rewards system just money, and it has a higher acceptance rate than AmEx.

I've read since it's a business card; you can sign up as a sole-proprieter meaning your business name is you and your Tax ID is your SSN.

You know one thing right, this is actually a company card? A small business card? So does your company travel? Do you travel?

Are you an authorizing officer a vice president, general manager, chairman of the board, a president of a small business?

If you are 1 of these positions do you travel on business?

I bet if somebody does have this card and let's say they have 25,000 miles, but their airplane ticket cost $350.00, they would be $100.00 short. I will say that capitol1 will not allow you to use half miles and pay the rest on the card. I bet you have to have all miles or none at all, meaning you can't break it up I bet.

Even if I didn't have a lot of cards, I wouldn't be allowed to have this business card.

Do you have any thoughts on the venture card, the blue version?
