Did Citi simplicity Mastercard change to Visa? When I login to my Citi account, it shows only as Simplicity.
American Express: Blue Cash Everyday & Platinum

Visa Signature: BankAmericard Travel Rewards, Chase Freedom Unlimited, & Chase Sapphire

Visa Infinite: Chase Sapphire Reserve

Citibank recently (end of February) began heavily marketing Visa cards again. Starting in 2000 they almost exclusively only offered MasterCards.

If you are an existing Simplicity MasterCard cardholder then you will continue to have the MasterCard.

Back in the day, most banks were "dualties" in that they offered all of their cards as both a Visa or MasterCard. In the past decade most banks have switched to offering only one network or a specific card type had either Visa or MasterCard. Most banks prefer Visa it seems. Citibank was one of the original banks that created MasterCharge (what MasterCard was called up until the late 70s or early 80s) so it made sense that they would push MasterCard. Perhaps they got a good deal from Visa and have decided to push Visa's again. But your existing account should stay as is.
