The fact that you are looking for new credit this soon after a bankruptcy is a huge red flag to me. Forgive me if this sounds harsh, but it looks like you didn't learn your lesson. You dug yourself into a hole, got bailed out, and are shopping for another shovel. Why do you need another card right now? You need to solve the problem of living on less than you make before you have any business getting a new card. If you're looking for an unsecured card because you don't have the $$$ to put down for a secured card, once again you need to get the budget figured out first.
Now I don't know the exact circumstances of your bankruptcy, if you have a special situation or something, but if it was just poor planning and reckless spending you need to fix the problem, not go back to your previous lifestyle.
You can use this as an opportunity to start over, and begin a new life that is not ruled by debt. Believe me you'll sleep better at night without that cloud hanging over your head. Check out Dave Ramsey's website for more tips/advice.
Sorry, I know it's not what you want to hear but it's the right thing to do.
