I had a little hiccup with my CSP tonight. I tried to use it for a $10 charge at a community theater, but the charge was stuck in the "authorizing" state for about 30-45 seconds before people in line behind me (and the merchant's employee) got impatient and I just paid with cash. I had seen a few other people have difficulty using their cards, though it was a little frustrating for me that the woman ahead of me in line had no trouble at all with her Cap1 Platinum.
I called Chase later and apparently the transaction never reached Chase. The $50 charge for dinner a few miles away an hour before had gone through without a hitch, so I believe Chase. The theater charge doesn't appear on the website at all. So I guess it's not Chase's fault.
And I had such a nice anti-Chase-fraud-algorithm rant in mind.
