New Citi Simplicity Arbitration Opt-Out

Postby VictorSuede » Wed Apr 15, 2015 2:41 pm

Hello. I just got a Citi Simplicity MasterCard for balance transfer purposes. They actually let me have it this time, with a usable credit line, after rejecting me a year ago. Excellent.

I was looking through their cardmember agreement to see if it was possible to opt out of their arbitration agreement. I've been able to do this with my Discover IT and Chase Visa. I did not see an opt-out provision in the Citi Simplicity CA.

Am I missing something, or am I correct in thinking there's no way to opt out?
