Ok, they are overnighting me a Sapphire card.
I went ahead and got a new one with all of the perks, and then transferred my credit limit from my Freedom and cancelled it. I don't need 2 cards, and my chase freedom just took to much work with the quarterly changes. Thanks for the feedback here guys.
I hope you transferred your UR points, too. Or does that happen automatically? The Chase website makes it look like all URs are tied to a specific account.
It is a little bit of a hassle. If you have a lot of business travel expenses (and presumably therefore eat at restaurants a lot) then 5% on $1500 a quarter isn't going to make a big difference in your rewards. I've really found the 2015 5% categories useful, and I earn a little more on off-category stuff with Freedom than with CSP. I don't spend enough to find rotating categories inconvenient.
Keeping indefinitely: IHG, SchwabPlat, CSP, Discover, Freedom, ED, BCE, Hyatt
May close or PC: Prestige, Arrival, BrooksBros
AA Platinum converting into Costco
Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold, First Tech
Letting new accounts cool off since May
