So in other words, if you had the card 6 months but barely used it, that wouldn't qualify. Sounds like they want a few payments a month out of people for several months. This is just one CSR and they could have been wrong, but makes sense to me.
Over my 20 statements I made 34 payments, not including award redemptions for statement credits. A lot of those payments are from a time when I'd make multiple payments per month just because I found it easy to pay off all current balances at once. Now, I find it easier to just pay once.
