I called the number on the back of my Freedom and just spoke to a CSR. It's just a general customer service matter. It's not like you need a credit analyst decision.
Very useful: SchwabPlat, CSP, IHG, Costco (was AA Plat), Freedom, SPG
Somewhat useful: Discover, ED (was EDP), BCE, Hyatt, Arrival
May close or PC: Prestige, BrooksBros

Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold, First Tech

There was a phone number in the approval email I got. Don't know if there still is. I called, got them to send the card expedited, got the limit increased, and got an au card from my wife. They were only willing to do those things because I had an existing card and it was going to the address on file.

When I was approved for the CSP I called the number in the approval email and they gave me the number to the Sapphire customer service team. They were more then willing to send the card out via overnight UPS. The following week I got the original card as well.
