If you are connected to an overseas call center, expect the rep to be a script reader when it comes to these things.
- Check the terms to see restrictions, what are eligible and what are not eligible.
- If the transaction is posted for at least a day, go to "Added to Card" tab to see if that offer listed there has "Redeemed" status.
- No email alone is not an indication of the purchase not being eligible.
Check out must occur on or before 2/28/15 to be eligible for the credit.
Would this mean not only you have to select a day no later than that for check out, but the check out must actually occur?
I once had an Office Depot offer and when I used my card there was no pending transaction, and I did not receive email. A few days later the transaction was posted, still no email, but I could confirm it was eligible for the offer, as it showed as redeemed. Never called them, but I got the credit only a few days later after posting.
