Call recon as soon as you can to see what's going on and give them the code so they can pull up your report if it happens to be the one they were trying to get. 7-10 days most likely means it was either declined or it's related to your CR being frozen. If the message on the phone had said something like this application is currently under review and you'll be getting a response within the next 30 days, that might be different like the application is going through verification. I know because I've had both of those messages before for my Chase apps.
