Yes that's the Ritz, CSP was great support as well, just wasn't the same group as Ritz/Palladium

thanks for the earlier replies.
So I did apply and after ~2 weeks of sending paper work/address proof, checked on automated application status and APPROVED! 9K limit.

I just applied from Puerto Rico with a Fico score 790 and was approved for 5k after calling in - they pulled Transunion. Income 42k a year self employed..... yeah !!!

Agree. JPM Premier Concierge that comes with the Ritz card is top notch!
