It's 'their', not 'there', and not 'they're' either. So not your most persuasive post...

Now I'm correcting bad English and Latin on this forum...a trend I hope will end.
Love: IHG, Platinum, Sallie Mae, AA Plat, CSP
Like: Discover, ED, BCE, Hyatt, Arrival, Freedom
Might drop: BrooksBros, Prestige (Costco PC?)
Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold
Letting new accounts cool off since May
Really not sure what I'll add next or when

If the BoA card is your oldest, you have a shot. Otherwise, slim.

On some cards yes, when I had a Freedom card it wasn't great, Sapphire is pretty darn good. If you have a Ritz Card or a Palladium card all your calls go directly to executive customer service. I love being greeted with

"Hi Mr. Mosby how can I help you with your Ritz Carlton card today".

They already know your name without asking you?

Yup, they ask to verify the last 4 of your cad number when you call and that's it.

If you ask to make changes to your account like add an authorized user they then do more security checks.

I see. Maybe that's for Ritz. The CSP is a bit more generic greeting, but it's still nice to get right to a person.

Presumably they recognize the number as your 'trusted' phone. Discover asks for my name, but they can respond with information about my activity so quickly that it's clear they already have my account info in front of them.
