They always sent mail offers to my home. Initially it was the Platinum MasterCard and recently it's the Quicksilver. Interest was always 24.9%.

Yes they do have their lowest intro APR (and highest APR afterwards).
Citi Forward Visa $5000 10/2012 | American Express Blue Cash Everyday $8000 2/2014 | Discover it $7000 5/2014
Chase Freedom Visa Signature $7000 6/2014 | Citi ThankYou Premier Visa Signature $5000 1/2015
All EMV.

I got the same change in mailings, and have my own theory about it. CO may have since become a bit more friendly to their loyal customers, though.http://creditcardforum.com/visa-mastercard/10326-card-invitations-mail-co-amex.html

Makes me glad that I was able to get my Quicksilver through an upgrade offer from a Journey student card rather than just getting some dumb mail offer like that. My current APR is 19.8% which is lower than what my Citi Forward card still has.

They have never send me any offers.

Home Depot just sent me a letter asking me to apply with them, they offered me their best rate of 17.99% in the letter, but that card just doesn't give me enough to make me want to bite even though I like their product selection. So I threw it out.

I feel the same way. I upgraded to the quicksilver from my capital one I don't even know card that I've had for about 8 years, and my apr stayed at the 7.9% I've always had.

If I do and only if I apply for another card it will be for a World Master Card elite other than that I am happy with what I already have..

I have a collection of Capital one offers and citi as well. My dad has been getting a bunch of amex offers as well but knowing him he won't bother getting cards..

Of course!

That CapOne card I have was basically the second card I was ever able to get and before the approvals from Discover, Amex and Chase really started to set in.
