My 15 y.o. nephew asked me for a favor, to get him a limited edition item he has the money for but can't find it anywhere.
After a handful of Google searches, I figured it was not such an easy task to get this thing. This is when I had the brilliant idea of putting to work my cards benefits. CSP Visa signature and Barclays Arrival+ WEMC were the chosen ones.
I pulled my Arrival+ called the number in the back, the lady said I had to call another number for this service and transferred my call. Concierge asked me for the name of the item, the description and asked how would I like them to contact me. I chose email and they'll notify me no later than tuesday.
Then I was like, I bet my CSP will kick the Arrival's behind in a heartbeat! to my surprise, the CSR at CSP number told me they don't offer that service! I was confused and explained to her that concierge is one of my benefits to which she responded: I do see you have that benefit but you have to call another number, do you want it or would you like me to transfer you? transfer was the answer. Long story short, after they answered the phone the only thing they did was put me on hold for 20 minutes without even asking for the item's description. what a joke!
I called CSP's customer service number and complained about the situation.
