I now only see the CSP on Chase's website. I'm guessing they killed the free version.

It doesn't show up when you search all their cards, but there is a link to the no AF Chase Sapphire application if you click on the CSP.

My Cards:

Discover It - $8,450 (9/13)
BankAmericard Cash Rewards Visa Signature - $5,000 (4/14)
Chase Freedom - $3,000 (5/14)
AMEX Hilton HHonors - $16,500 (6/14)

Good finding. It's a reasonable guess that they want to discontinue the no-annual-fee Sapphire, but who knows. Hopefully this is just something that reduces the browse credit card page size.
By the way the Disney card has the same situation, it's removed from Browse All Credit Cards page, but can be reached through Disney Premier Visa® Card.
Marriott card is similar, though both versions have annual fee.
Guess the next step would be the United MileagePlus cards?
Citi Forward Visa $5000 10/2012 | American Express Blue Cash Everyday $8000 2/2014 | Discover it $7000 5/2014
Chase Freedom Visa Signature $7000 6/2014 | Citi ThankYou Premier Visa Signature $5000 1/2015
All EMV.

Chase has a website with five MileagePlus credit card, but how many can still be applied for? The Select sounds much better than the Explorer.

I just downgraded my preferred to the plain sapphire. Got the plastic card in about a week ago.

So it is still available.
