I'm glad I have stuck with AT&T for so long. My family pays $160 per month for 3 iPhones (200 MB, 300 MB, Unlimited) with unlimited text and talk (well... 700 shared minutes, but unlimited any-to-any mobile calling, which is all I use it for except for the occasional service calls). I couldn't do without the contract either: I bought the 64 GB iPhone 5s when it was released and paid the contract price for it, which ended up saving me around $550 (likely more due to tax).
With AT&T if you've been with them so long they will finally bend and negotiate with you. Or maybe not! I've been with them since they were Bellsouth Mobility. My parents don't use much data, but I'm glad I still have my unlimited data plan. FaceTime and iTunes radio sure do use up a lot of data!
I've also been able to unlock my old iPhones and sell them on ebay for just as much as I got them for, which makes contract pricing great.
